What is the duck ID for the University of Oregon? ›

Your Duck ID is used to log into UO online services such as My Housing and Webmail. Your Duck ID is the beginning of your UO student email.

University Housing residence halls are three and four-story buildings located on the east side of campus. Each room has two twin-sized beds, desk with chairs, and closets. We do not offer air-conditioned rooms, but summer nights in Eugene are typically comfortable.

When you register for housing, we'll ask you to give us your preferences for each room type. There are ten residence halls at the University of Oregon.

We expect you to follow the Student Conduct Code at all times, as well as state law, both of which prohibit alcohol consumption and cannabis use by people under the age of 21. The Student Conduct Code does apply to you off campus.

What are quiet hours for UO housing? ›

Students have a right to sleep and study in their residence halls. Therefore, disruptive or loud noise is prohibited. Minimum quiet hours are Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m., and Friday and Saturday, midnight to 10:00 a.m. Modified Quiet Hours will be in place before and during finals.

Sackett, west, tebeau, and ILLC have the nicest rooms. Callahan and Finley are said to have the best social scene, but it really depends on the year. I've been at Tebeau for two years now and I think it's pretty good.

As a UO student, you can choose to bring a car to park on campus. If you are living in the residence halls, you will need to purchase both a day permit and an overnight permit.
