How do I contact Kaiser HR Connect? ›

HRConnect is a new HR service delivery tool designed to streamline the process of obtaining HR assistance. Within HRConnect, you have access to an entire team of specialized HR professionals who can help with your specific HR need, whether it's payroll, benefits, etc.

Employees may contact the Regional Human Resources Command Center at (855) 599-9922. Physicians may contact the TPMG Physician Benefits Team at (510) 625-6600. The EAP offers a free and confidential service for all Kaiser Permanente employees and their dependent family members.

This ID is called the National User Identifier (NUID). The NUID is intended to be the one and only ID that you will eventually use to access all KP computer systems, eliminating the need to remember multiple sets of credentials.

After 1 year of employment, you're eligible for an employer matching contribution of up to 1.25 percent. Your contribution increases by 1 percent per year up to 6 percent unless you opt out. You're immediately 100 percent vested in your contributions to your account.
