@comcastcares @comcast just got off the phone with a Comcast rep. No help at all. Will someone that is competent please reach out to me. Maybe someone not reading a script. Was asked how I’m doing. Answered honestly that I was not good. Was told they are happy to hear that.

@NBCConnecticut —all this talk about Eversource’s response, no one is mentioning that Xfinity hasn’t restored service nor have they been seen anywhere. My power is restored but my cable/internet is not-I feel like they shut it off during power outage. #fixmycable !!

This is what @comcast does. They take over an area, kill all competition, and then offer utterly ****** service for five times the price. They literally charged me for a modem I didn’t have for 5 years. They’re thieves. And Public shaming is the only way to get their attention.

Ah, @comcast four times the money for one tenth the service with zero way to talk to a real human. I’d switch in a heartbeat if they weren’t the literal only option for internet. Fifth outage in a week. No one buy them unless, like me, you’re forced to do so.

also shut ******** up, incoming customer service bot.they always blame our router (because theirs die so ******* quickly we never replace it with one of theirs) even though 01) their local xfinity routers get the same results 02) their own tests have proven this is false
