Providing a clear voice for Washington State’s small wineries.

Winery of the Week

Capstone Cellars was established in 2003 by Roy and Sandy Bays and Joel and Cathleen McNelly with one goal in mind; to craft small lots of premium complex wines of distinction.

With this in mind, Capstone Cellars is continuing to source the highest quality fruit in Yakima Valley and is purchasing the finest French, Hungarian, and American oak barrels. The art of bringing the wine and barrels into harmony is perfected by Roy Bays, the winemaker, who continues to strive to craft that perfect bottle of wine.
